The Sapphire and above training was held at AlaMoana yesterday.
It was my first time attending to Leaders training and was my dream to attend it.:)
I was nervous because not so many I knew....
昨日、アラモアナで、サファイア以上のリーダートレーニングが開催されました
このトレーニングに参加できる日がくればいいなと夢に思っていたのですが
私、初めての参加です
はりきって半時間も早く着いたら、豪華な丸テーブルなんてあるから緊張しちゃって
時間をつぶして5分前に戻ったらもういっぱいで(笑)
受付をしてくれていたジェンが、一番いい中央のテーブルに席をとっていてくれて
特等席でリーダーたちの話を聞けましたが
知らない人ばかりなので、緊張しました

How to reach Sapphire.
最初にサファイアの3名が登場し、どうやってサファイアになったかの話をしてくれました
And Chris told us we all need to have own story.
Next was Ruby and above explained us "What it takes to move up to the next level" and "What did you do if you get stacked".
そして、クリスが、皆それぞれ、自分のストーリーを持つように,、話してくれました
次はルビー以上の方の登場で、どうやって次のレベルへアップすればいいか、伸び悩んだらどうしたらいいか、です
Next was Scott Yamaguchi.
次はスコットです
He explained what leader to be, and moral.
"More challenge comes, welcome it"
And recommended us to focus self development. "Invest yourself"
リーダーたるものは、とモラルについて説明してくれました
「困難がきても、歓迎しなさい」
自分自身に投資し、自己啓発につとめるようアドバイスをくれました
Next was Chris.
次はクリスです
"Taking control of your business"
He nicely talked us that our value doesn't go down, nor change, so don 't feel this way even somebody say no to you.

自分のビジネスのコントロールをとることの大切さを教えてくれました。
誰かにノーと言われても自分の価値は変わらないし、下がったりしないよと話してくれました。
Special guest was Alice Inoue!!!
スペシャルゲストはアリス・イノウエさんでした
Wiki said "Alice Inoue is an astrologer, feng shui expert, author, and life coach from Hawaii. She is a former television presenter, most notably for her Do Sports program on Fuji News where she showcased activities for Japanese tourists visiting Hawaii." But I feel she is the life coach expert.
She was amazing and so it is hard to write down what she said. Sorry But she talked us how to make ourselves to start thinking positive.
ウィキペディアによると、「アリス・イノウエさんは、ハワイ出身で、占星術師で風水のエキスパートであり、作家であり、ライフ・コーチをされている。以前はテレビのプレゼンテイターであり、ハワイへ来る日本人観光者向けアクティビティのショーケースを紹介する番組、フジニュースのドゥ・スポーツのプログラムに出演していた」とあります。私は、ライフ・コーチのエキスパートだなあと思いました。
素晴らしかったので、書くのが難しいデス。ごめんなさい。でも、どうやってポジティブに考えるように自分をもっていくか、という話をしてくれました。
It was so great, and can't wait to join it next time.
